Project Coordinator

The MeOut Group is looking for a full-time employee to coordinate and execute international projects. Main geographical focus: Western Balkans, South Caucasus and Sub-Saharan Africa

Since 2013, the MeOut Group has been connecting smaller and larger cross-border communities primarily with global initiatives that serve development. This is done within the realms of innovation, education, and entrepreneurial endeavors.

The responsibilities of the project manager include:

  • Coordinating the complete cycle of projects (preparation, execution, closure) in collaboration with MeOut team members.
  • Maintaining communication with international partners.
  • Recruiting Hungarian and international participants.
  • Tracking project progress and regularly communicating it to the team leader.
  • Planning and monitoring budgets.
  • Creating financial and narrative reports.
  • Handling general administration related to project execution.

Expectations:

  • University degree
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
  • Experience in project coordination and project management
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and driving experience
  • Proficiency in international collaboration
  • Work experience in nonprofit or international organizations
  • Ability to work independently and dynamically
  • Reliability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable ethics
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
