Project Coordinator
The MeOut Group is looking for a full-time employee to coordinate and execute international projects. Main geographical focus: Western Balkans, South Caucasus and Sub-Saharan Africa
Since 2013, the MeOut Group has been connecting smaller and larger cross-border communities primarily with global initiatives that serve development. This is done within the realms of innovation, education, and entrepreneurial endeavors.
The responsibilities of the project manager include:
- Coordinating the complete cycle of projects (preparation, execution, closure) in collaboration with MeOut team members.
- Maintaining communication with international partners.
- Recruiting Hungarian and international participants.
- Tracking project progress and regularly communicating it to the team leader.
- Planning and monitoring budgets.
- Creating financial and narrative reports.
- Handling general administration related to project execution.
Expectations:
- University degree
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in project coordination and project management
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) and driving experience
- Proficiency in international collaboration
- Work experience in nonprofit or international organizations
- Ability to work independently and dynamically
- Reliability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable ethics
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
