Description:
Who is this training for? Those young people who are already freelance, planning to be an entrepreneur, thinking of being a digital nomad but need to understand the entrepreneur mindset, or those who would like to establish the first company or who are beginner entrepreneurs.
During the training we will work on the most important entrepreneurial competences like self-assessment, how to cooperate in teams or managing processes, communication and how to make a business plan. This will be learning by doing training and it means participants will have experiences in the topics above.

– having experience in cooperation successfully in teams
– to learn how motivation and stress works
– learn about time management and project management
– to learn methods for goal setting
– to learn how to make a business plan
– to understand the importance of planning and to be focused
Expected results
As the results of the training participants will be able to understand the importance of the entrepreneur mindset. They will understand the importance of self-assessment and openness. They will have a better understanding of time management, cooperation, project management, and business plans. They will also make their future plans and make new ones and manage their processes.
They will understand how the stress and motivation works in entrepreneur life.

Financial Conditions/ Reimbursements:
We will organize the trip for you!
The course is implemented in the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme. The costs – including costs of full-board and accommodation during the program – will be covered by the organizers.
Participants are expected to cover insurance and any additional personal expenses.
If the participant fails to attend the event the organizers shall be compelled to charge him/her for any travel expenses covered by the organizers.
Accommodation:
Participants will stay in an accommodation at Balatonszárszó, Hungary in 2-3-4-5 bedded rooms.
Each room has a private bathroom and toilet.
Bed linens are provided. Please bring your own towels.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners per day will be provided by the organizers.
Participants Profile:
- aged 18+
- motivation to establish your own startup / willingness to be an entrepreneur
- motivation to take part in a mutual learning process in a very intercultural setting;
- good level of English to follow the training and to contribute to it;
- wish and ability to participate fully in the event
- already a freelancer or beginner entrepreneur, or wants to be an entrepreneur
- Materials for Intercultural Evening: please bring food, drinks, music, or anything you find relevant to present your culture and/or country during the intercultural evening.
- Health insurance documents: the health/ travel insurance is in the responsibility of the participants, make sure you are covered during your stay in Hungary!
