MeOut gives youngsters the possibility to participate at youth activities, such as training courses  and youth exchanges. Training courses and youth exchanges offer the possibility to young people and youth workers from different countries to meet in a dynamic and stimulating environment to learn, discuss and share experiences about different topics, as for example: 

entrepreneurship, creativity, innovation, digitalization, social media, organizational management, active citizenship, facilitation.
