About the project
Start your business & develop your skills! is a training course of Csermely. This project provides training for entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and startup beginners, focusing on essential entrepreneurial skills through practical experience. The objectives include boosting self-awareness, improving teamwork, understanding motivation and stress, and learning business planning techniques. By the end of the project you will have better understanding of human behavior, improved planning and process management, and insight into stress and motivation dynamics in life.
Description:
Who is this training for? Those who would like to be an entrepreneur, who is thinking on change their career or just thinking on to be a digital nomad but need to understand the entrepreneurs mindset, or those who would like to establish the first startup company.
During the training we will work on the entrerepenur competences like self-assesment, managing a team or a process, communication, cooperation, how to keep motivation and how to make a business plan. Of course this means participants will work on their own idea or they can work in groups on a common idea as well. It is also a support those who do not have their own business idea too. This will be a learning by doing training and it means participants will have experiences in the topics above.
Objectives

– having experience in cooperation succesfully in teams
– to learn how motivation and stress works
– get experience in presenting ideas
– discuss the most important competences for entrepreneurs
– to learn about goal setting and methods for making plans for the future
– insight into world of AI and inspiring how it can support entrepreneurship
Expected results
As the results of the training participants will able to understand their and the other people’s reactions better in different situations. They will be aware of what is the most important competences of an entrepreneur and how can they develop. Participants will get experience in teamwork, time management, communication meaningfully with others, making a vision board and business plans. They will also understand how does the stress, motivation and challenges works in life and how can they manage it.

Financial Conditions/ Reimbursements:
We will organize the travel for you!
The course is implemented in the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme. The costs – including costs of full-board and accommodation during the program – will be covered by the organizers.
Participants are expected to cover insurance and any additional personal expenses.
If the participant fails to attend the event the organizers shall be compelled to charge him/her for any travel expenses covered by the organizers.
Accommodation:
Participants will be accommodate in a hotel at, Balatonszárszó,, Hungary in 3-4 bedded rooms.
Each room has a private bathroom and toilet.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners per day will be provided by the organizers.
Participants Profile:
- aged 18+
- motivation to establish your own startup / willingness to be an entrepreneur
- knowledge of the situation of opportunities in your own country;
- motivation to take part in a mutual learning process in a very intercultural setting;
- good level of English to follow the training and to contribute to it;
- wish and ability to participate fully in the event
- Materials for Intercultural Evening: please bring food, drinks, music, or anything you find relevant to present your culture and/or country during the intercultural evening.
- Health insurance documents: the health/ travel insurance is in the responsibility of the participants, make sure you are covered during your stay in Hungary!
