About the project:

Modern Lady Talk project wants to encourage young women to become entrepreneurs. The main project result is the realization of a video podcast where The guests are young female entrepreneurs of the partner countries. The project includes other events like the “ the women’s circles”, a series of meetings between young people and women entrepreneurs. Partners will encourage young people, especially young women, to develop their ideas, competencies and skills through these training.

About the training::

The mobility aims to give young people the basic tools and knowledge about the start-up businesses. The aim of the workshop is to get acquainted with the startup world, basic concepts, related tools:
onepager, BMC etc. and to generate startups/enterprises from ideas. They will undertake the learning process together with their international peers and learn about other cultures.

The foreseen learning outcomes are:
– Learn about the Business Model Canvas, which is a strategic tool used by businesses to visualize, analyze, and design their business models.
– Learn about the different types of pitches and their techniques.
– Participate in idea speed dating designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and feedback among participants
– Learn about mentorship and their methods.
– Get to know onepager, its features and what should be in it.
– Learn about the buyer profile which is a detailed description of a target customer or group of customers.
– Dig into the concept of a Validation MVP which is rooted in the lean startup methodology, which emphasizes the importance of testing and validating business ideas early in the development process to minimize risks and optimize resources.

Participation profiles:

There will be 4 participants from Italy, Spain and 2 from the Netherlands. Participants must have the following characteristics:
Participants must have an interest in creating professional video content and communication techniques.
B1 level of English
Age between 18 and 30 years old.

Be motivated to take part in the full duration of the activities.
Partner organizations will be responsible for selecting the participants from their respective countries.

Travel and accommodation:

The accommodation and food will be covered 100% by the grant of the Erasmus+ programme. Participants will share the room with another participant since it is not possible to have a single room. There are 3 bedded and 2 bedded rooms in the hotel.
The breakfast will be a buffet, lunch and dinner are a one-pot dish at the hotel. The location of the mobility is Szeged, participants will be hosted in Szeged, Gutenberg u. 12, 6722

The hotel is located near the city center (5 minutes walking distance), so you can visit the beautiful sights of Szeged. Bicycle rental is also available. You can find a wellness center and a fitness room as well, so you can enjoy it after the sessions. They provide good wifi connection too. Organizers will not provide any accommodation for an additional stay in Hungary. Participants are allowed to stay 2 days before or after the project in Hungary, at their own cost.

We have a strict budget for travel costs per participant. According to the restrictions of the Erasmus+ Programme we can refund only the most economic means of travel, if the following points are fulfilled:
● Your travel route is from your country to the venue in Hungary and back (if you are not a citizen, but you have a resident permit it is also possible for you to participate).
● You have chosen reasonable and economic means of transportation (cheap airlines, 2nd class trains, etc.)
● Your travel dates are according to the programme plus two days before/after the project period.
We will buy your ticket in advance, and we will not reimburse a ticket that is not discussed with us.
