About the project
“Mind Craft” is a project of MeOut. The project aims to help youngsters to develop their personalities, especially focus on mental health and being fit. The project is using good practices and methods to share practical knowledge and activities that helps them to be healthy, happy and balanced citizens. Ultimately, the project contributes to the capacity building and learning of youth within formal and non-formal education, aligning with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program.
Description
Our project aims to empower participants with a comprehensive understanding of mental health and its significance in daily life. We provide essential knowledge to help individuals identify and prevent mental health challenges while fostering better concentration skills for increased productivity. Through practical tools and methods, we equip participants to actively support their mental well-being. Furthermore, we encourage knowledge exchange among participants, building a supportive community around mental health. The project explores the integration of effective breath techniques and highlights the connection between mental and physical health through sports and yoga activities. Additionally, we present innovative ways of using green practices and nature to enhance mental well-being. Together, these objectives create a holistic approach to nurturing and maintaining mental health.
Objectives
- Offer to participants *knowledge about mental health* importance and its influence of our lives and people around us.
- 2) Teach participants how to *identify and prevent* mental health problems.
- 3) Develop better *concentration skills* in order to help participants increase their productivity and efficiency.
- 3) Equip participants with practical *tools and methods designed to support* mental health.
- 4) Provide participants with the opportunity to *exchange experience and expertise* in the field of mental health
- 5) Explore practical ways of integration in every day life effective *breath techniques* aiming to prevent mental health problems.
- 6) Inform participant about correlation *between mental with physical health* and their connection with sport and yoga activities.
- 7) Present participant ways of using *green practices and nature* for the support of mental health.
Expected results
- Practical knowledge about mental health
- Exercises of concentrations, breath and yoga techniques to stay fit, healthy and mentally stable
- Share good practices between the participants and create a comfortable, friendly environment by buildinging good relationships – and share the outcomes with their local community

Financial Conditions/ Reimbursements:
We will organize the travel for you!
The course is implemented in the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme. The costs – including costs of full-board and accommodation during the program – will be covered by the organizers.
Participants are expected to cover insurance and any additional personal expenses.
If the participant fails to attend the event the organizers shall be compelled to charge him/her for any travel expenses covered by the organizers.
Accommodation:
Participants will be accommodate in a hotel at, Balatonszárszó, Hungary in 3-4 bedded rooms.
Each room has a private bathroom and toilet.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners per day will be provided by the organizers.
Participants Profile:
- 18-30 years old,
- able to communicate in English
- motivated to meet people from different countries
- explore topics related to mental health
- motivation to take part in a mutual learning process in a very intercultural setting;
- good level of English to follow the training and to contribute to it;
- wish and ability to participate fully in the event;
- Materials for Intercultural Evening: please bring food, drinks, music, or anything you find relevant to present your culture and/or country during the intercultural evening.
- Health insurance documents: the health/ travel insurance is in the responsibility of the participants, make sure you are covered during your stay in Hungary!
- Bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes – november can be cold and we want to spend some time outside next to this beautiful lake:)
