Project Coordinator

The MeOut Group is looking for a full-time employee to coordinate and execute international projects.


Since 2013, the MeOut Group has been connecting smaller and larger cross-border communities primarily with global initiatives that serve development. This is done within the realms of innovation, education, and entrepreneurial endeavors.

The responsibilities of the project manager include:

● Coordinating the complete cycle of projects (preparation, execution, closure) in
collaboration with MeOut team members.
● Maintaining communication with international partners.
● Recruiting Hungarian and international participants.
● Tracking project progress and regularly communicating it to the team leader.
● Planning and monitoring budgets.
● Creating financial and narrative reports.
● Handling general administration related to project execution.

Expectations:

● University degree
● Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
● Experience in project coordination and project management
● Valid driver license (Category B) and driving experience
● Proficiency in international collaboration
● Work experience in nonprofit or international organizations
● Ability to work independently and dynamically
● Reliability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● Impeccable ethics
● Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
