The recent conclusion of the Connected Through Mobility (CTM) meeting marked a pivotal moment for Montenegro’s Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. As a candidate state on the path to EU accession, Montenegro showcased its dedication to evolving education through the fourth conference, emphasising regional best practices and advancements.
The event, which brought together educators, policymakers, and industry leaders, was more than a platform for discussions; it was a catalyst for action. In-depth conversations, working group sessions, and professional visits provided participants with profound insights into Montenegro’s educational landscape. The working groups, with their collaborative approach, addressed challenges, shared successful practices, and strategically planned future CTM project activities, ensuring the dynamism and solution-oriented nature of the initiative. Industry experts presented engaging insights during the conference, highlighting the challenges posed by an outdated VET system and the imperative for reforms.
