Long-term individual volunteering
Aged between 18-30
Pro-active, able to create activities on their own
Active and open, interested in new contacts, knowledge, impressions, and personal development, eager to learn other languages and cultures
Motivated to work with children aged 2-6 and create activities for them
Willing to share time, skills and knowledge and opened to learning in an international environment
Interest in entrepreneurship, startups and innovation is a plus, just as good writing skills
Eager to create activities for local community
English or Hungarian language speaking skills on a minimum intermediate level.
– Communication with children and playing with them
– Supporting children in daily activities
– Preparing and guiding activities for children aged 2-6
– Coping with different learning methods of children
– Boosting up volunteers’ creativity, being proactive, and adapting the games to the children’s needs
– Learning from teachers’ methods
– Language teaching and creating creative learning games and activities based on the skills of the volunteer
– Organizing events and celebrations
– Engaging children in educational and recreational activities
– Supervising children during playtime and ensuring their safety
– Assisting children with personal care and hygiene routines
– Supporting children in developing social skills and positive behavior
– Facilitating group activities and encouraging teamwork
– Observing and documenting children’s progress and behavior
– Communicating with parents and providing updates on their child’s development
– Collaborating with other staff and volunteers to create a nurturing environment
Accommodation
The accommodation costs are covered. Volunteers will live in modern, Downtown apartments, but shared flat and shared rooms.
Allowance
Each month volunteer’s receive a total of 110.000,00Ft for pocket and food money.
International transport
The transportation from home to Hungary and back will be covered according to the distance calculator of Erasmus+ program.
Insurance
The volunteer will have Henner Health insurance
Language support
The volunteer will have access to the Online Language Support to learn Hungarian.
Volunteer’s training cycle
The volunteer will have on-arrival and mid-term training provided by the Hungarian National Agency.

Mentor and supervisors’ support
Extra certificates if they participate in specific activities (which will report the specific learning outcomes) or recommendation letters if they need one
