The mission of the project is to provide quick integration of Ukrainian refugees (children and adults) into local communities and educational process, as well as the supporting employment of Ukrainian women and youth in Poland and other V4 countries, by giving them relevant skills (soft skills, languages, simple IT-professions).

The “Training for peace” project aims to strengthen the competencies of youth workers and educators in peace education, empowering young people to resist populism and extreme political waves.

How to put together a Youth Exchange is an answer for the needs of young people who are eager to implement their own youth exchange project, but they didn’t have the opportunity to see the big picture of a youth project. During the activities and the debriefing participants they will have the opportunity to see and have an in depth picture about how a youth exchange builds up, the methodology or the steps of designing a youth exchange and at last, but not at least they will have the possibility to share and to learn tips and tricks connected to youth exchanges from experienced youth workers, trainers, etc.

In March 2021, 2.951 million young persons (under 25) were unemployed in the EU, the EU unemployment rate was 7.3% in March 2021(eurostat). Nowadays, the unexpected emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic is bringing more challenges to the world economy, still, the analysts are not sure about the numbers of the expected economic crisis and GDPs decrease. Through this TC, we will work on empowering youth workers and young people to spread a positive message during difficult times: if you believe in yourself and you are willing to work for it, you can reach your objectives. “CREAM” is a training course that wants to answer concerns related to creativity as a means to support youth employment with entrepreneurship.

Within this ToT course participants have the chance to further develop
their competences as a trainer. In line with the European Training Strategy
